Here’s a breakdown of how we simplify, standardize and centralize the work teams do every day.
Each company has its own branded workplace in Vsimple, which can include an unlimited number of workflows within it.
Leaders of the organization may switch between different workflows to review dashboards, while individual contributors maybe limited to the workflows which involve their role or department.
Workflows contain specific information, processes and collaborators required to get things done, whether the efforts are intra- or inter-departmental.
Every workflow is highly customizable.
A record is a dedicated place for each order, project, job, new hire or whatever it represents within the workflow.
In this main view, you see a preview of the records in your work queue, but you can dive into each one to view all relevant communication, files, information and actions taken.
Stages represent the steps in the process each record must work through to be completed.
Within each workflow, you’ll find fully customized work queues which eliminate information overload and keep teams focused on what’s most important and/or urgent.
Queues are configurable by any value within the records listed below: stage, days in stage, location, responsible party, etc.
The activity stream provides a place for centralized communication and a timestamped record of everything that has transpired.
Within each record, documents, communication, and status changes are recorded and time stamped from beginning to end.
The Additional Info tab is where the detailed information pertinent to the record is stored.
This information can be formatted in table views or standard views and can be expanded as the record moves through each stage.
If you’re involved in more than one workflow, the gear icon at the top of the page is where you’ll go to switch between them.
Vsimple’s notification philosophy: less is more. Every user can customize notifications, not only by what triggers one in the first place, but also how it’s actually delivered.
Choose between in-app notifications, web browser pushes or emails. Whatever you elect, the days are over of being CC’d on every email remotely relevant to your job.
