We are looking for a visionary Director of Marketing to lead our strategic marketing efforts, elevate our brand presence, drive demand for our solution, and deliver revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills—comfortable crafting compelling stories as well as diving into data. You’ll be responsible for working with sales to deliver items shaping our brand, generating demand, and helping fuel Vsimple’s next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
— Craft and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
2. Sales Team Collaboration
— Work closely with the Sales Team to develop integrated campaigns, align on key messaging, and ensure marketing initiatives support sales efforts. Collaborate on lead scoring, pipeline management, and ensure we deliver against our revenue targets.
3. Demand Generation
— Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads, drive demand, and accelerate pipeline growth.
4. Content Strategy and Development
— Oversee content creation that resonates with our target audiences (e.g., white papers, blogs, social media posts), with a special focus on positioning Vsimple as an industry thought leader.
5. Partner and Ecosystem Marketing
— Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Growth teams to support partnerships and build cohesive, go-to-market campaigns that target the right industries and customers.
6. Brand Development
— Build and amplify Vsimple’s brand identity and thought leadership in the B2B software and automation space.
7. Conferences & Events
— Plan and manage Vsimple's presence at key industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and position Vsimple as a leader in the market.
8. Marketing Analytics & ROI
— Establish key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Report on campaign ROI and implement optimizations where necessary.
9. Team Leadership
— Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
10. Stakeholder Management
— Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and to effectively communicate the value of marketing programs.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or process automation sectors.
· Proven track record of building brands, leading successful campaigns, and driving revenue growth.
· Experience in managing multi-channel demand generation (e.g., digital, social, events).
· Strong leadership skills with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
· Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
