Position Overview
As an Solutions Consultant at Vsimple, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions by clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver value and drive client success.
- Key Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution and training.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and customize solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical teams, to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are proficient in using Vsimple’s platform.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively.
- Conduct user training and support clients in transitioning to operational use.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborating with account teams to drive further client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or ERP systems.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic client needs.
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting solutions to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relational databases is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and familiarity in Microsoft PowerBI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
