At Vsimple, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team. This role is tech-enabled and focuses exclusively on cold calling human-validated and enriched data. You will be engaging with 40-60 prospects per day, helping us build a strong sales pipeline and driving qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Utilize tech-enabled tools to talk to 40-60 qualified prospects a day, leveraging human-validated and enriched data to ensure you are speaking to the right people.
- Qualify Prospects: Engage with decision-makers, uncover their needs, and qualify them for the next stage in the sales process.
- Pipeline Development: Actively build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives to close.
- Goal-Oriented: Focus on hitting and exceeding quality conversation goals rather than quotas based solely on “meetings scheduled.” Providing significantly more control over variable compensation and quota attainment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to identify potential improvements to messaging, targeting, and prospect follow up.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 Years Experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B preferred).
- Tech-Enabled Calling: Comfortable working with dialing technology and tools.
- Persistence: Must love cold calling, be resilient, and thrive in a role where rejection is part of the process.
- Exceptional Conversational Skills: Ability to ask strategic questions, navigating conversations with intellectual agility and emotional intelligence.
