As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of Vsimple’s sales efforts, responsible for managing the full sales cycle. You’ll focus on new logo acquisition and work with high-priority leads to convert them into loyal clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by positioning Vsimple’s cutting-edge software to solve real challenges for manufacturers and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Net New Sales: Own your sales pipeline from discovery to closed deals. Convert SDR and marketing driven leads into closed-won revenue.
  • Nurture Warm, High-Priority Leads: Strategically nurture pre-qualified, high-priority prospects to turn them into future sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast revenue, and update CRM with precise sales data and activity.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, provide tailored solutions, and present Vsimple as a trusted advisor in B2B software.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and deliver on our revenue goals.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently hit and surpass your sales goals, driving the company’s growth.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 Years in B2B Sales: Experience in software sales or other high-ticket B2B.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a history of closing high-ticket deals.
  • Consultative Sales Experience: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
